08 Feb How to Forgive the Unforgivable

Last December, a group of family members deeply betrayed me.
The betrayal sparked an anger inside of me so intense that I didn’t seem to have any control over it.
Honestly, forgiveness didn’t seem possible to me – at least in this lifetime.
But being a seeker of spiritual development, I kept searching for the solution, asking for the guidance on how to forgive, if only for my own good – to set myself free from the energies that were not serving me, for personal freedom.
In this video, I’ll share with you the solution that I found that allowed me to forgive, find peace, and set myself free.
I truly hope it serves you.

Love this, Kristen! When it comes to forgiveness, it helps so much to just let the feelings settle down, and then let our true self come forward with an answer. And the answer always is, “let go.” Thank you for your videos! Full of inspiration!
