• to not reproduce, distribute and/or sell any materials produced / published for the program without written permission from Kristen Werblow, LLC

Although you are free to discuss your personal results from participating in any of our programs (or the use of any product), you must keep confidential the experiences and statements of other participants.

Registration Policy

Users who register on our website may be asked to create an account, which includes a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”). When creating your account, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. We require that each Sign-In Name can be used by only one Registered User. Sharing your Sign-In Name and Password with others is a material breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to delete or change your Sign-In Name at any time and for any reason and shall not be liable to you for any loss or damages caused.

Audio & Visual Release

By participating in any of our programs, you understand that you may be recorded or captured in video, audio, and / or photographs. You understand and agree that all such recordings are the exclusive rights of Kristen Werblow, LLC and that no compensation (to you) will be provided.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. You agree to not bring any claims against us as a plaintiff or member in any class action lawsuit. You agree that you may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity.

Confidentiality

By participating in any programs by Kristen Werblow, LLC, you agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, or teach from the materials without the express written permission of Kristen Werblow, LLC. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property is prohibited.

By visiting our event sites and participating in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

General Disclaimer for All Products & Services

There is a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on many of our products and services.  If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training or products that you purchased, you may ask for your money back.  To request a full refund, email: support@kristenwerblow.com and provide a brief description of why you are unsatisfied with the product or program.  Products that are downloadable do not have a satisfaction guarantee, as all of the materials are provided at the time of the download. Products that do not have the satisfaction guarantee will be clearly labeled. We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get specific results; however, we do guarantee your satisfaction with many of our trainings and products. By registering with our sites, you agree not to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, under any circumstance.
