Food is such an important part of my life. I’ve seen the power of food heal various illnesses from early onset periodontal disease in my own life and dermatomyositis (a rare autoimmune disease in my child). It’s also provided me with the energy and vibrant health that I’ve needed to create the life that I have today.

All of these recipes are paleo friendly, and based on whole foods. You won’t find any grain, wheat, dairy, sugar… My main goal is to provide you easy, super-nutrient dense recipes that will give your body what it needs to function at its absolute best. Enjoy!! Kristen xx
