Blueberries are one of the best ways to get antioxidants into your diet. This smoothie is just as delicious as it is healthy. Give it a try and I’m sure it will become one of your favorites too.
BLUEBERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE
RECIPE INFO:
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
YIELD: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 cups non-dairy milk
2 handfuls kale leaves
1 tbsp. raw hemp seed
½ – 1 banana
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
METHOD:
1. In this order, place your milk, kale, hemp seed, banana, and frozen blueberries into a blender. If adding ice, add it on top.
2. Blend and enjoy!
