28 Jun Cashew Cream
Sometimes you just want a little “whip cream!” This cashew cream gives you that whip without the dairy. Add a little cacao and make it chocolaty. Yum!
PREP TIME: 8 hours for soaking plus 10 minutes
YIELD: 10 servings if used as “whip cream”
1-cup raw cashews soaked at least 8 hours
½ cup filtered water
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
½ tsp. vanilla
Pinch sea salt
1. Soak the cashews in filtered water overnight.
2. Rinse the cashews and then add to food processor with water.
3. Add vanilla and a pinch of sea salt with honey if desired.
4. Process until smooth.
5. Serve over berries or fruit of choice!
