12 Jul Guacamole
Guacamole is super easy to make and pairs well with so many things. We use it as a dip for vegetables, a topping for burgers, wraps…Get creative!
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
YIELD: 2-4 servings
2 ripe avocados
¼ cup finely minced onion
1 small chopped tomato
2-4 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice (1/2 lime)
½ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1. Cut open your avocados and remove the flesh with a spoon.
2. Roughly mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher leaving them a little chunky.
3. Finely chop your onion, tomato, and cilantro and add to avocados.
4. Add fresh lime juice, sea salt and olive oil and combine well.
