Kristen’s Favorite Superfood Green Smoothie

I literally drank this smoothie every day for years! It is so delicious. The most important thing to remember is to always rotate your greens, nut butters and choice of milk to vary your nutrients. For example, switch out the kale for spinach, the coconut milk for almond milk, and the almond butter for cashew butter. You can have this smoothie any time of day.

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
YIELD: 2 servings


1-2 cups non-dairy milk
2 handfuls kale leaves
1 tbsp. organic hemp seed
1 tsp. raw organic cacao
1 tsp. or tbsp. nut butter (optional)
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of collagen dietary supplement (optional)


1.  In this order, place your milk, kale, hemp seed, cacao, nut butter, collagen and frozen banana into a blender.
2.  Blend until smooth.
3.  Enjoy!
