27 Jan Guided Meditation to Open Your Chakras
I love the quote that Wayne Dyer often said, “You are a spiritual being having a human experience.”
And because you are both human and being, you have both a physical and an energetic body that you must tend to.
In today’s video, I’ll be sharing a powerful chanting exercise that I learned years ago, which will open your spiritual centers or chakras and balance your energy.
If you don’t know what chakras are, they are the main energy centers found within the body and there are seven main chakras that run from the base of the spine to the crown of your head.
So, in this guided meditation, we’ll chant the 7 different sounds that correspond to the seven different energy centers or chakras.
Doing this will increase your flow of energy.
It’s a great exercise to do on a daily basis or whenever you feel you need an energetic boost. I hope you enjoy it!
